Passport Wallet: Promotion - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are specific to The Wise Traveller Passport Wallet promotion which may be advertised on various partner websites.

The current Passport Wallet Promotion is valid for subscriptions approved between the following dates "The Period" and subject to the other Terms & Conditions as defined below:

Commencement: 14 April 2018
Expiry .............: 31 May 2018 (or sooner at the sole discretion of The Wise Traveller)

1. This promotion is offered by The Wise Traveller Pte Ltd "TWT" subject to any applicable laws and regulations and effective during "The Period" above.
2. These Promotion - Terms & Conditions "T&Cs" are specific to this Passport Wallet promotion only and do not supersede any other Terms & Conditions that are in place for TWT, it's subsidiaries, shareholders, partners, affiliates or third party associates.
3. By claiming and or receiving the Passport Wallet under this promotion you agree fully to these T&Cs.
4. Should any conflict arise within these T&C's the Terms & Conditions applicable to any and all parties, services and products not specific to the provision of a Passport Wallet under this promotion will prevail.
5. This promotion is only valid for NEW Wise Traveller Secure subscriptions that have been approved. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of "TWT".
6. A "NEW Wise Traveller Secure subscription" is defined as an individual or family unit that has has not been approved as a Wise Traveller member under the Wise Traveller Terms & Conditions - General Membership in the previous 12 months prior to the approval date.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with other preferred pricing that may be available from time to time. Standard pricing is available at www.thewisetraveller.com and pricing that is considered preferred will be compared only against the pricing noted on www.thewisetraveller.com
8. To be eligible for a Passport Wallet your subscription must be made via an approved Wise Traveller website that explicitly advertises this promotion and has a link to these T&Cs.  Subscriptions made via any other landing page or method are not be eligible.
9. This promotion is independent from any other promotion that may be available from time to time.
10. Only one (1) Passport Wallet can be claimed per membership subscription/payment.
11. The Passport Wallet will be mailed to the registered address as per the subscription application within 45 days of the commencement of your subscription.
12. In the event that stock of Passport Wallets associated with the promotion are exceeded by eligible subscriptions TWT reserves the right to delay delivery until further stock is manufactured and/or offer to replace the Passport Wallet with an item/s of equivalent value.
13. TWT commits to reviewing and resolving any dispute amicably, however, should a resolution not be available TWT's decision will be final and shall not be subject to any further review or appeal by any claimant or by any third party.
14. All other Terms & Conditions with regard to TWT membership apply in conjunction with this promotion.
15. TWT reserves the right to alter or update these Terms & Conditions without notice.
