To submit a claim to Allianz is easy and you can do so in one of three ways.

Option 1. On-line claim
Just submit your claims via the Allianz online claim portal - It only takes a few minutes. Follow these 3 easy steps to complete your online claim submission.
- Please fill in your personal details and choose the benefits for which you are making a claim. Make sure you have your Wise Traveller Membership Number which is also your Policy Number for claim purposes eg: TWT65 XXX XXXXXX
- Take photo of your supporting documents (or scan them) and upload them. You'll find the examples of supporting documents in the online claim portal.
- Provide your bank account details under 'Payment Details'.

Note: For the claims related to medical & dental expenses, you will still be required to send original supporting documents and a copy of acknowledgement email which is to be mailed to Allianz Global Assistance at 12 Marina View, #14-01 Asia Square Tower 2 Singapore 018961 (Attention to: Allianz Global Assistance).
Option 2. Email Claim Form
Although it is best to use one of the above options, if either is unavailable you may also submit your claim via a simplified email claim form available via the link below.
